Once you confirm your purchase and make a 50% down payment, we will contact you via WhatsApp to review design details together and assist you throughout the process.
After receiving the 50% deposit, the estimated production time is 20 to 25 business days.
Before starting production, we create the digitized embroidery file of your logo.
• If this is your first purchase, the digitizing fee is charged once.
• If you are a returning client and your logo has not changed, there is no additional charge.
We will ask you to send your logo in PDF or JPG format to create the embroidery sample.
A few days later, we will send photos via WhatsApp so you can review and approve the final result.
Note:
If your logo has changed, the digitizing sample must be paid again along with the order.
